Good classic bowlo. Family friendly with a whole bowling green that has been fenced and turned into a kids area so they can run off all those pink lemonades. Pretty sure you can bring your dog too. There is a variety of different food available on the nights the bistro is closed with german pizza and Thai when I was there. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. It is closed Mondays.

A group of us enjoyed a very pleasant sunday lunch at The Bowlo. We shared a few platters and the dishes were well presented and tasty. Great option for casual bistro/pub style dining

Went there for birthday drinks on a rainy day. A welcoming sporting club with comfy sofas, good beers on tap and cocktails if that takes your fancy. Easy access for wheelchairs and heaps of room. Meals looked good, (we didnt have any though) but was told by our friend who visits regularly they are of good quality now (with a new chef on board). Staff were friendly and accomodating to our requests. A good experience overall.

Really not the same since stockpot kitchen left a few years back. Really average food, regardless of what incarnation it is day to day- Thai, pop up pizza (Gunthers is always good, so not a reflection on those guys) and the actual bowlo kitchen is frankly awful. The service is now poor too.
